Computer Engineering

 The Computer Engineering profession is the main vocation divided among the Faculty of Informatics and the Faculty of Engineering.

Extent of the Degree and Professional Competences 

1-Survey and dissect the cycles of an Organization, to indicate the electronic hardware (control, information handling and interchanges) that it requires and the software frameworks that make its activity. 

2-Understand, plan, direct and/or control the establishment and support of electronic information/signal preparing frameworks that require software control. 

3-Understand, plan and/or take an interest in the specialized financial possibility contemplates and/or with respect to the arrangement and dimensioning of electronic frameworks (control, information handling and interchanges) and their related software. 

4-Supervise the execution of frameworks that coordinate equipment and software just as sort out and train the faculty influenced by said frameworks. 

5-Develop and apply security methods according to access and accessibility of information, just as security reinforcements, everything being equal, just as the information prepared by them. 

6-Determine, manage and regulate the operational rules and control decides that make the activity of the IT zones of organizations and associations. Additionally plan and set up the interaction manuals and structures needed for the handling of the Information. 

7-Carry out reviewing, discretion, ability and examinations identified with electronic gear and software frameworks that make it work. 

8-Perform assignments as a college educator in Electronics/Computer Science. 

9-Carry out Research and Development assignments on issues that interface Electronics with Computer Science, especially in the territories of Industrial Systems, Signal Processing and Distributed Systems.
