Primary Functions and Responsibilities: 

1. Organize and complete, as required, the conveyance of secretarial and office help to the organization's administration 

2. Settle on and answer phone decisions coordinated to the organization's administration. 

3. Facilitate the inside and outside informing of the organization. 

4. Deal with the records of the General Management and help different administrations when required. 

5. Go to the visits coordinated to the General Management or different administrations of the organization. 

6. Facilitate the buys and flexibly to the various branches of the organization of office supplies, cafeteria administrations, emergency treatment unit, or others as required. 

7. Keep up control of the negligible money. 

8. Facilitate the gatherings of the various boards and managers of the organization. 

9. Deal with the plan of the General Manager of the organization, as required. 

10. Organize travel and reservation systems required by organization staff in instances of unfamiliar travel. 

11. Oversee the faculty under his charge and help the General Management in work force organization exercises. 

12. Perform different capacities as required.
